NATIONWIDE DELIVERY (excludes Scottish highlands & islands) - Please get in touch with us to discuss nationwide delivery options.
HEREFORD DELIVERY - £1.50 within a 10 mile radius of Hereford city centre. Our local delivery days are TUESDAY &/or FRIDAY we aim to deliver between 16:00 – 20:00 (this can change slightly depending on various factors).

The Noisy Fridge is a meal prep company based in Hereford. We prepare fresh, nutritious meal preps from locally sourced ingredients. We have a wide variety of meals for our customers. Our meal preps are great for gym goers who want to keep track of their nutrition and maintain a healthy balanced diet, or for anyone short of time but wants a tasty, easy meal to eat every night of the week.
