The Noisy Fridge is a meal prep company based in Hereford. We prepare fresh, nutritious meal preps from locally sourced ingredients.We have a wide variety of meals for our customers. Our meal preps are great for gym goers who want to keep track of their nutrition and maintain a healthy balanced diet, or for anyone short of time but wants a tasty, easy meal to eat every night of the week.
