How It Works?
How long do subscriptions last?
The minimum subscription term is just one week, which is paid for when you place your first order.
When will my meals be delivered?
You will receive your meals on a weekly basis, this will be on TUESDAY &/or FRIDAY depending on if you select the split-delivery option. We aim to delivery between 16:00-20:00 Please make sure somebody is in to take delivery or make other arrangements with us.
Can I skip an order?
Yes, you can go into your subscription account and skip a week without cancelling if you need to.
When do we take payments?
Payments for pending subscription orders are taken weekly on Fridays.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log into your Subscription account and press the ‘cancel’ button. If this is done before Friday when your order is paid for you won’t be charged again and will receive no further orders.
If I order on Tuesday will I be charged again on Friday?
No. You will not be charged again until the following Friday after your first order has arrived.
